Your automations work in the demo.
How do they fail at 3am?
Teams ship AI workflows fast and discover the bill later: edge cases nobody handled, a step nobody remembers, no way to see what actually ran. This audit scores your pipeline across the five places automation debt hides — and hands you a prioritized fix list you can share with your team.
Your prioritized fix list
How the score is built
Five dimensions, weighted equally
Each dimension carries three statements rated fragile, partial, or solid. Dimensions weigh 20% each, so a single neglected area can't hide behind strengths elsewhere. The fix list surfaces every fragile statement first, then every partial one.
Where this comes from
The dimensions are distilled from recurring practitioner pain — edge-case fragility, undocumented maintenance debt, missing observability, and the "we produce a lot but ship almost none of it" gap — plus the single-concurrency rate-limit collisions that quietly inflate cost. It is a consulting checklist turned into a tool, not a vendor pitch.
- 80–100 Resilient — failures are expected, seen, and absorbed.
- 60–79 Watch — mostly sound, with one or two soft spots accruing interest.
- 40–59 Fragile — works until it doesn't; a bad day exposes several gaps.
- 0–39 Critical — running on luck and the original author's memory.
